County Surveyor Candidates 2026

An Alaska native, Jeremiah Cunningham grew up in Salt Lake County. He and his family have lived in Centerville since 2016.

As a licensed Professional Land Surveyor, Jeremiah brings a robust professional background. A Survey Manager and partner at Entellus (formerly Hill & Argyle), he has surveyed locally since 2011. He has spent much of that time as the contracted Morgan County Surveyor. His professional history includes surveying with his father, Walter, active UCLS involvement, and serving as a UVU adjunct instructor.

Concurrent with his private practice, Jeremiah serves as the Chief Deputy County Surveyor for Davis County, at the request of outgoing Surveyor, Max Elliott.

Jeremiah’s distinct qualifications make him uniquely qualified for the position. He is excited to continue serving Davis County by modernizing the office, protecting the Public Land Survey System, supporting other County and City offices, and proactively serving the public.
